When I opened the box (which was undamaged), one of the pieces was broken (see photo). I tried to contact the seller, but it was after hours. They did return my call the next day and I had emailed them and they promptly replied to email as well. No complaints on the customer service end at all!I didn’t want to wait for a replacement part, so we just used a longer wood screw on the above piece and anchored it in to the cross pieces.I love this table. It’s functional and sturdy, so are the benches. Definitely worth the money!!
